Yes, it is called Doctor Who not 'Doctor Who in an exciting adventure with the Daleks' - that second bit is clearly like a subheading or a tagline or something. Interestingly, it takes the completely opposite approach to the 1965 film where the Doctor is outbilled by both the Daleks and colour.
The book cover is simply a lovely sketch of Hartnell with no hint of Dalek (unless you count a curved doorframe as a hint of Dalek) where Cushing barely squeezed on the edge of the film poster. This just about tells you all you need to know but, if you want even more, click here.
